- Analysis - This ordinance repeals the sunset provisions that make the prohibition of fraud on residential landlords null and void after June 30, 1997.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 2 of Common Council File Number 941972, passed July 14, 1995, is repealed.
(Note: The provisions being repealed read as Follows:
Part 2. This section shall be null and void after June 30, 1997.)
