Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 89th St. - W. Silver Spring Dr. to W. Carmen Ave. (ST211240144) File Number 231908: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replacing curb and gutter, driveway approaches and sidewalk where necessary, sodding (6’ width of tree border area), tree removal as necessary and grading. . (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $27,500; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $472,500). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $650,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2025-2026 construction season.
