Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Light (IL1) to Commercial Service (CS) on land located on the East Side of North Teutonia Avenue and South of West Mill Road, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will allow for both retail and light industrial uses.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601.4.0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of North Teutonia Avenue, a line 188.69 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Mill Road, the east line of Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 1277, the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Mill Road, a line 111.8 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Teutonia Avenue and a line 255.39 feet North and parallel to the centerline of West Mill Road, from Industrial Light (IL1) to Commercial Service (CS).
