This was a claim relating to vehicle damage sustained on November 28, 2023. Temporary traffic signals at the intersection were maintained by a private contractor as part of the roadway reconstruction project in that area. the roadway work was being done under contract from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) by Rock Road Companies, Inc. Ald. Chambers moved denial of this claim.
