Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Vine Street from North 53rd Street to North 55th Street
On the east side of South 9th Street from a point 75 feet south of West Bruce Street to a point 50 feet south thereof from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
On the east side of North 13th Street from a point 130 feet north of West McKinley Avenue to a point 70 feet north thereof from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday
Part 2. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of West Vine Street from North 47th Street to North 55th Street”
Part 3. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Vine Street from North 47th Street to North 53rd Street
