Analysis
This ordinance requires that all fence material which faces the exterior of the lot shall be the same or better grade and quality of the fence material which faces the interior of the lot.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 239-2-7-f of the code is renumbered 239-2-7-g.
Part 2. Section 239-2-7-f of the code is created to read:
239-2. Fences.
7. STRUCTURAL REGULATIONS.
f. The fence material which faces the exterior of the lot must be the same grade, or better, of the material facing the interior of the lot.
