ALD. MURPHY recommended a 15 day suspension notwithstanding the recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee. The motion failed by the following vote: Ayes: 5 - Ald. D'Amato, Bauman, Bohl, Murphy and Hines. Noes: 10 - Ald. Hamilton, Davis, McGee, Wade, Donovan, Puente, Dudzik, Witkowiak, Witkowski and Zielinski. ALD.
