Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the final plat of Josey Heights Subdivision being a subdivision of Lots 1 through 12, Block 28, in the subdivision of Lots A, B and C, Lots 1 through 18, Block 31, in the subdivision of Lot J (Rankl's Subdivision), Lots 1 through 32, except the West 45 feet of Lots 15 and 16, Block 31, in the subdivision of Lot “K” and Lots 13 through 26, Block 28, in Reeve and Roe's Subdivision, including all vacated streets and alleys, all located in part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19 and part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 20 and all in Town 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, having been approved by the City Plan Commission and the Commissioner of Public Works, is approved.
