Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Single-Family Residential (RS6) to Local Business (LB2), on land located on the East Side of North 10th Street and South of West North Avenue, in the 17th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to permit a motor vehicle repair center.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601(2)(b).0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 10th Street, a line 120 feet South and parallel to the south line of West North Avenue, a line 180 feet South and parallel to the south line of West North Avenue and a line 142.50 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 10th Street from Single-Family Residential (RS6) to Local Business (LB2).
