A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-4-k of the Code relating to Parking for the physically disabled is amended by adding the following:

The first legal parking space on the north side of East Kilbourn Avenue west of North Market Street

The first legal parking space on the south side of East Kilbourn Avenue east of North Water Street

On the north side of East Wells Street from North Market Street to a point 60 feet east

Part 2. Section 115-45-2-c of the Code relating to Selling Articles from Parked Vehicles, Locations Where Selling Prohibited, is amended by adding the following:

On the north and south sides of Silver Spring Drive from North 60^th Street to Appleton Avenue.
