Title
Ordinance relating to the First Amendment to a Detailed Planned Development (DPD), Phase 1, known as Brady USA, Inc. (f/k/a W. H. Brady Company Corporate Center), on land located on the South Side of West Good Hope Road and West of North 60th Street, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This ordinance will allow for a building expansion to the production facility.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-907(2)(b).0067.
(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907(2) of the Code relating to the procedures and establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject amended Detailed Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.
(2) The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for part of the North 60 acres of the East 120 acres of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Town 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said 1/4 Section; thence North 89 deg. 59 min. 35 sec. West along the north line of said 1/4 Section 1359.61 feet to the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence South 00 deg. 33 min. 44 sec. West 1184.91 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 26 min. 16 sec. East 548.00 feet to a point; thence North 86 deg. 39 min. 36 sec. East 814.90 feet to a point on the east line of said 1/4 Section; thence South 00 deg. 29 min. 20 sec. West along said east line 189.20 feet to a point; thence North 89 deg. 50 min. 08 sec.
