This ordinance assigns the color "purple" as the body color of taxicabs operated by Yellow Cab of Milwaukee, Inc., a taxicab radio dispatch service.  

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 100-51-7-a-6 of the code is renumbered 100-51-7-a-7.

Part 2.  Section 100-51-7-a-6 of the code is created to read:

100-51.      Vehicle Inspection.

7.  GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

a-6.  Purple - Yellow Cab of Milwaukee, Inc., a taxicab radio dispatch service.
