This substitute resolution grants permission to the property owner of 4360 North Green Bay Avenue in the City of Glendale to connect a building storm lateral to the City of Milwaukee's storm sewer on North Green Bay Avenue.


BODY:
Whereas, On November 22, 1999 the City of Glendale adopted a resolution requesting permission for a storm sewer connection of the property located at 4360 North Green Bay Avenue; and

Whereas, A portion of this industrial property lies in the City of Milwaukee and a portion in the City of Glendale; and

Whereas, The adequacy of the storm sewer facility in North Green Bay Avenue has been reviewed and found to have adequate capacity; and

Whereas, The owner/developer of the property will submit a final Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) in compliance with Chapter 120 of the Milwaukee Municipal Code of Ordinances; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that permission is hereby granted to allow the connection of a storm lateral from the property at 4360 North Green Bay Avenue, to the City of Milwaukee storm sewer existing in North Green Bay Avenue under the following conditions:

1. That all work shall be done at no cost to the City of Milwaukee.

2. That the regular and customary sewer connection fee shall be paid to the City of Milwaukee.

3. That the owner's contractor shall obtain a permit for excavating in a public right-of-way and other applicable permits from the Commissioner of Public Works of the City of Milwaukee before commencing work.
