Whereas, A change fund is necessary to open an additional cashier station and make change for payments made at the Tow Lot; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the sum of $100 be allocated out of General City Cash for the purpose of increasing the change fund at the Department of Public Works Tow Lot to $400.00.
