Analysis
Heritage Development of Wisconsin is developing a multiphase, single family home subdivision called River Ridge located easterly of North Granville Road at West Donna Drive. Phase I of the subdivision was previously approved and public improvements have been installed. Phase II of the subdivision is now being planned. This resolution approves an Out-of-Program Agreement for phase II. Under the terms of the agreement, all costs associated with the public improvements for phase II shall be borne by the developer.
Body
Whereas, Heritage Development of Wisconsin, a developer, is constructing a single family home subdivision known as River Ridge in the area easterly of North Granville Road at West Donna Drive; and

Whereas, Public improvements for phase I of that subdivision were constructed and funded under the terms of an Out-of-Program Agreement approved by the Common Council via File Number 030207; and

Whereas, The developer now wishes to undertake phase II of the subdivision consisting of 104 lots for single family homes along with two outlots; and

Whereas, The developer desires to enter into an Out-of-Program Agreement with the City of Milwaukee regarding the design, construction, and funding of public improvements to serve phase II; and

Whereas, The Out-of-Program Agreement for phase II is attached to this file; now, therefore, be it
