Currently, s. 80-10, the city’s chronic nuisance premises regulations, lists several activities, behaviors or conduct that constitute “nuisance activity.” This ordinance adds aggressive panhandling as defined by s. 106-1.1 to the list

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 80-10-2-c-1-nn of the code created to read:

80-10. Chronic Nuisance Premises.
