Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

3rd Aldermanic District

N. Lake Dr. at N. Downer Ave. (ST211180220) Install curb push out(s). (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $15,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $60,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 -19 construction season.

E. Newport Ave. - N. Summit Ave. to N. Hackett Ave. (SM495180051) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $10,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $74,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2019 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

N. Broadway - E. Highland Ave. to E. Juneau Ave. (SM495180043) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $125,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2019 construction season.
