Title
Substitute ordinance relating to a change in zoning from Industrial-Heavy to Local Business for a 32-unit apartment building, on land located west of South Robinson Avenue and North of East Ward Street, in the 14th Aldermanic District.

This zoning change was requested by Deb Lindner/Barkow Industries LLC and will allow for the development of a 32-unit apartment building.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601.2.0035. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for part of Lots 20, 21 and 22 in the Subdivision into Lots of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, lying in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, Town 6 North, Range 22 East, being described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 4; thence North 0°32’33” West along the west line of said 1/4 section a distance of 30.87 feet to the north line of East Lincoln Avenue; thence North 88°07’35” East along said north line a distance of 75.58 feet to the northwesterly line of East Ward Street; thence North 53°24’34” East along said northwesterly line a distance of 67.34 feet, said point being the point of beginning; thence North 0°32’33” West parallel with the west line of said 1/4 section a distance of 100.58 feet; thence North 53°24’34” West 145.07 feet; thence North 04°26’15” West 96.93 feet; thence North 53°24’34” East 428.09 feet to the west line of South Robinson Avenue; thence South 32°03’50” East along said west line a distance of 160.50 feet to the north line of aforementioned East Ward Street; thence South 53°24’34” West along said north line a distance of 669.14 feet; to the point of beginning said land lying and being in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, containing 87,653 squ...
