Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

3rd Aldermanic District

Alley between E. Belleview Pl., N. Downer Ave., N. Stowell Ave., and E. Webster Pl. (ST212060101) File Number 091341: Paving the alley with concrete. Doing all the necessary grading pertaining to said work. (Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund -- $10,000 additional funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $150,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2027 construction season.

E. Hartford Ave.- N. Downer Ave. to Oakland Ave. (ST216250107) Asphalt surface overlay and ADA ramps. (Nonassessable High Impact Paving Fund -- $15,000) The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $300,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2025 construction season.
