Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2022 offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the offices and positions in the following departments:
Department of Administration (Information and Technology Management Division), Comptroller, Election Commission, Department of Emergency Communications, Department of Employee Relations, Employes’ Retirement System, Fire and Police Commission, Fire Department (EMS/Training/Education Bureau Decision Unit), Health Department (Clinical Health Services; Community Health Division; Policy, Innovation & Engagement Division, Auxiliary COVID-19 Positions), Department of Public Works (Operations)

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 210761 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Department of Administration, Information and Technology Management Division, Information Services Section”, delete two positions of “Public Safety Systems Administrator”.

Under “Applications and Development Section”, add two positions of “Public Safety Systems Administrator”.

Under “Fire Department, EMS/Training/Education Bureau Decision Unit”, amend footnote “(M)” to read as follows:

“(M) To expire 07/31/23 unless the Implementing Overdose Prevention Strategies at the Local Level (IOPSLL) Grant, is extended.”

Under “Health Department, Clinical Division Services”, amend footnote “(HH)” to read as follows:

“(HH) To expire 12/31/22 unless the Hepatitis B Immunization Grant is extended. A portion of the Health Interpreter Aide may be funded by the Immunization Action Plan Grant.”

Under “Community Health Division”, add new footnotes “(OO)”, “(PP)”, and “(YY)” to read as follows:
