Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2017 offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of Administration, Assessor’s Office, Department of City Development, City Treasurer, Common Council - City Clerk, Deferred Compensation Plan, Department of Employee Relations, Fire and Police Commission, Health Department, Library, Department of Public Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 160594 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Department of Administration, Budget and Management Division, Office of the Director”, delete one position of “Emergency Communications & Policy Director”.

Under “Assessor’s Office, Real Property”, add footnote designation “(Y)” to one position of “Assessment Operations Director”.

Under “Department of City Development, General Management and Policy Development Decision Unit, Real Estate and Development”, add footnote designation “(Y)” to one position of “Real Estate Coordinator II (A)”.

Under “City Treasurer, Executive Office”, add footnote designation “(Y)” to one position of “Program Assistant III”.

Under “Administration and Tax Enforcement Division, add footnote designation “(Y)” to two positions of “Program Assistant II”, one position of “Tax Collection and Enforcement Coordinator”, and two positions of “Tax Enforcement Specialist”.
