Analysis
This resolution authorizes execution of an Out-of-Program Agreement between the City and Tucker Development Corporation LLC regarding design, construction, and funding of water and sanitary sewer improvements on the site of the former Northridge Shopping Center. Under the terms of the agreement, the City will design the underground improvements and will inspect their construction while Tucker will manage construction work and fund all project costs.
Body
Whereas, Tucker Development Corporation LLC, a developer, plans to redevelop the former Northridge Shopping Center into a new commercial complex to be known as Granville Station; and

Whereas, Plans for the project call for a new commercial building to be constructed over an existing City sanitary sewer line and for the conveyance of various sanitary and storm sewer facilities as well as water main to the developer; and

Whereas, An existing sanitary sewer line must be relocated, and a replacement water main must be constructed; and

Whereas, The developer will provide all necessary funds for the sanitary sewer relocation, water main replacement, and related improvements; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee hereby authorizes the proper City officers to execute an Out-of-Program Agreement between the City of Milwaukee and Tucker Development Corporation LLC, said agreement being attached to this file; and, be it
