This ordinance will change the zoning for existing residential parcels from a manufacturing use to a residential use.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-130(10).0026. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 50th Place, a line 120 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Juneau Avenue, a line 120.37 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 50th Place and a line 420 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Juneau Avenue, from Manufacturing (M/B/85) to Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40).
