This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:

Department of Administration, Comptroller, Library, Department of Public Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 090457 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 7, 2009 - March 22, 2009):

Under Salary Grade 02, delete the title “Auditor”.

Under Salary Grade 06, delete the titles “Auditing Specialist”, “Financial Systems Analyst-Senior”, “Management Accounting Specialist-Senior” and “Revenue & Financial Services Assistant".

Under Salary Grade 07, delete the titles “Auditor-Lead” and “City Payroll Specialist”.

Under Salary Grade 09, delete the title of “Information Systems Auditor-Senior”.

Under Salary Grade 12, delete the title of “Public Debt Specialist”.

Part 2. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 090457 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Salary Grade 04, add the title “Project Coordinator- BIG”.

Part 3. Section 4 of ordinance File Number 090457 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 460, add the title of “Neighborhood Library Services Asst.”

Part 4. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 090457 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 504, add the title “Library Technology Specialist”.

Part 5. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 090457 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 7, 2009 - March 22, 2009):
