Analysis

This resolution approves an Affidavit that corrects errors contained in documents recorded as Certified Survey Map No. 8360 and Document No. 10009118.

Body

Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 8360, being a division of Lot 33 and part of Lot 34, Block 2, Forest Lawn, located in part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 24, Town 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, was recorded as Certified Survey Map No. 8360 and Document No. 10009118 on June 27, 2011; and

Whereas, Frederick W. Shibilski, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting the Corporate Owners Certificate contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
