This resolution amends a special privilege granted to S. S. Realty Company, Inc. to keep and maintain a loading platform and two backup driveways in the public right-of-way adjacent to the premises known as 160 South 2nd Street, to now change the name of the grantee of the special privilege to Brian Jost.


BODY:
Whereas, S. S. Realty Company, Inc. was granted a special privilege under Common Council Resolution File Number 59-2399a, on January 10, 1961, to maintain a fixed, wooden loading platform encroaching into the public right-of-way located adjacent to the premises at 160 South 2nd Street; and

Whereas, The current owner of the property is Brian Jost and should now be named as the grantee of the special privilege; and

Whereas, Field inspection found two backup driveways serving overhead doors located adjacent to the loading platform; and

Whereas, The loading platform and backup driveways may only occupy the public right-of-way through the adoption of a special privilege resolution by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 59-2399a is hereby rescinded; and, be it

Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Brian Jost, 126 South 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204, is hereby granted the following special privilege:

1. To keep and maintain a fixed wooden loading and unloading platform approximately 3 feet high and 80 feet long, project...
