Title

Analysis
This ordinance will change the zoning of this area to match that of the surrounding area.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501.3(c).0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning from Detailed Planned Development (DPD) to Multi-Family Residential (RM7) for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way line of East Lafayette Place, the zoning line within the right-of-way line of North Prospect Avenue, and the zoning line along the west side of Milwaukee County parkland extending from North Prospect Avenue to East Lafayette Place.
