This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

W. Silver Spring Dr. - the Milwaukee River to N. 26th St. (878-0769-9) File Number 980280: Asphalt pavement overlay, replace curb and gutter, and sidewalk where needed, sodding, and grading. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund 31-523---211-0001 -- $53,000)
