A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On W. Seeboth Street from S. 2nd Street east to the end of the street at any time"
"On the south side of E. St. Paul Avenue from a point 80 feet west of the west curb line of N. Jefferson Street to the first north/south alley west of N. Jefferson Street at any time"
"On the north side of W. St. Paul Avenue from N. 10th Street to N. 12th Street from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of W. Oklahoma Avenue from S. 88th Street to W. Beloit Road
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. State Street from N. 8th Street to N. 9th Street except that there shall be No Parking at Any Time from the second driveway west of N. 8th Street east to the corner"
"On E. State Street from N. Jackson Street to N. Van Buren Street"
"On W. Scott Street between S. 19th and S. 21st Streets"
"On W. Seeboth Street from S. 1st Street west to the railroad tracks"
"On the north side of W. Scott Street from S. 34th Street to S. 35th Street"
"On the south side of the 5500 block of W. State Street except where NO Parking is in effect"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On W. St. Paul Avenue between N. 39th and N. 41st Streets"
