A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2026 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of City Development, Department of Compliance and Engagement, Department of Equity and Inclusion, Health Department (Office of the Commissioner and Health Administration; Family & Community Health Division), Port Milwaukee, Department of Public Works (Administrative Services Division)

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 250698 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 11, 2026 - May 10, 2026):

Under Pay Range 1HX, amend footnote (20) to read:

(20) An employee possessing a Real Estate Salespersons or Broker License to be paid an
additional 3%.

Under Pay Range 1JX, delete the title of “Chief Equity Officer (12)” and delete footnote (12) in its entirety.

Under Pay Range 1NX, add the title of “Compliance and Engagement Director”.

Under Pay Range 1QX, add the title of “DPW Financial Administration Director”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 250698 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 11, 2026 - May 10, 2026):

Under Pay Range 2IN, add the titles of “FIMR Case Abstractor (5)” and “FIMR Coordinator (5)”.

Under Pay Range 2JN, amend footnote (14) to read:

(14) An employee possessing a Real Estate Salespersons or Broker License to be paid an
additional 3%.

Part 3. Part 1, Section 5 of ordinance File Number 250698 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 11, 2026 - May 10, 2026):
