This resolution approves extension of health, dental, cost containment and fringe benefit contracts between the City of Milwaukee and Fringe Benefits Management Company; Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Wisconsin; CNR Health; Wisconsin Physicians Service; Compcare Health Services; Family Health Plan Cooperative, Inc., Humana/Wisconsin Health Organization; Managed Health Services; PrimeCare; Care-Plus Benefits Plan, Inc.; First Commonwealth/Smileage Dental Insurance; and Dentalcare Dental Plan, for the period January 1, 1998 - December 3, 1998.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council adopted Resolution File Number 970140 authorizing the Department of Employe Relations - Employe Benefits Division to negotiate extension of health, dental, cost containment and fringe benefit contracts between the City of Milwaukee and Fringe Benefits Management Company; Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Wisconsin; CNR Health; Wisconsin Physicians Service; Compcare Health Services; Family Health Plan Cooperative, Inc.; Humana/Wisconsin Health Organization; Managed Health Services; PrimeCare; Care-Plus Benefits Plans, Inc., First Commonwealth/Smileage Dental Insurance; and Dentalcare Dental Plan, for the period January 1, 1998 - December 31, 1998; and

Whereas, The Department of Employe Relations - Employe Benefits Division has negotiated extension of the above-referenced contracts through calendar year 1998 and has submitted said contracts to the Common Council for approval; now, therefore, be it
