Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements

in various parts of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Clybourn Street from North 25th Street to a point 50 feet east

On the east side of North 56^th Street from West North Avenue to West Meinecke Avenue from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM

On the east side of North 51^st Street from a point 250 feet south of West Lisbon Avenue to a point 30 feet south thereof

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 1,280 feet west of North 17^th Street to a point 60 feet west thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 17^th Street from West Becher Street to West Grant Street

On the east side of South 18^th Street from West Becher Street to West Grant Street

Part 4.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exception is amended by adding the following:

On South 5^th Street from West Virginia Street to West Washington Street
