BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves Lease Agreement between the City, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners, and the Edward E. Gillen Co., for the use of about .921 acres of property off Carferry Drive on the Port of Milwaukee South Harbor Tract for the five-year period 1 January 1999 through 31 December 2003, and, be it

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and of said Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
