This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
2nd Aldermanic District
N. 51st Blvd. - W. Lincoln Creek Dr. to W. Parkway Dr. (821-4696-2): Relaying water main.
4th Aldermanic District
W. Wisconsin Ave. at N. 4th St. (859-0692-5): Relaying combined sewer.
5th Aldermanic District
N. 79th St. - W. Keefe Ave. to W. Nash St. (821-4694-1): Relaying water main.
9th Aldermanic District
W. Woolworth Ave. - N. 51st Blvd. to 300 ft. m/l west of N. 51st Blvd. (821-4695-7): Relaying water main.
16th Aldermanic District
N. 44th St. - N. Stadium Access Rd. to W. Blue Mound Rd. (821-4684-7): Relaying water main and water main alteration.
Village of Butler
N. 124th St. - W. Hampton Ave. to W. Silver Spring Dr. (898-0004-1): Inspecting storm sewer.
City of St. Francis
S. Caufield Ave. - E. Norwich St. to E. Waterford Ave. (821-4307-6): Relaying water main.
E. Cora Ave. - S. Ahmedi Ave. to S. Rutland Ave. (821-4210-9): Relaying water main.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
