Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

3rd Aldermanic District

N. Maryland Ave. - E. Locust St. to E. Linnwood Ave. (ST211030126) File Number 020286: Replace all concrete curb and gutter, widen the roadway from 35 feet to 38 feet, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $32,900; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $59,400)

N. 3rd St. - W. Vienna Ave. to a point north of W.
