This resolution authorizes a variance from Administrative Rules and construction of certain public improvements which are to be financed by a developer in accordance with an agreement previously approved by the Common Council.


BODY:
Whereas, On November 25, 1997, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted Resolution File Number 970112 approving construction of developer financed water main to support the Milwaukee Metro Center Phase I, located south of West Good Hope Road and east of US Highway 45, and is still valid, and

Whereas, On July 11 1997, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted Resolution File Number 970478 authorizing an agreement between the developer of Milwaukee Metro Center Phase I and the City of Milwaukee for the installation of required improvements in certain public ways:

W. Fond du Lac Ave. - 360 ft. m/l east of N. 107th St. to 175 ft. m/l west of N. 107th St. (960-1445-6) File Number 971331: Intersection modification, concrete pavement, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading.
