BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-220(3).0009. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West State Street, the centerline of North 35th Street, a line 122.50 feet North and parallel to the north line of West State Street extended, a line 44.76 feet East and parallel to the east line of West State Street, from Residential (R/C/40) to Residential and Office (RO/D/40).
