This resolution will permit the Redevelopment Authority to amend an Option to Purchase said property and to convey it to the named Redeveloper according to the conditions referred to in the Land Disposition Report.
BODY:
Whereas, On October 9, 1997, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee held a public hearing on the proposed sale as required by Wisconsin Statutes; and
 
Whereas, Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes and as a condition precedent to the sale, lease or transfer of property, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee submits herewith a Land Disposition Report describing the terms and conditions of the proposed sale; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Land Disposition Report dated October 9, 1997, with respect to the proposed sale of the following described property is approved:

Disposition Parcel Nos. 2-2 and 2-5
 
PROPERTY ADDRESSES

Further Resolved, That the deed of conveyance shall contain a reversionary clause joining all parcels into a single parcel that cannot be divided without the prior approval of the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee.
