This ordinance revises provisions of the code for purposes of correcting errors, clarifying language and eliminating obsolete provisions.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 200-33-43-i and j of the code is amended to read:
200-33. Fees.
43. PLUMBING.
i. Installation and connection of each plumbing fixture or appliance: $8. The minimum permit fee shall be [[$50]] >>$55<<. The minimum permit fee for the installation of one plumbing fixture in a one or 2-family building shall be $40.
j. Minimum fee for any inspection, reinspection, test or retest: [[$55]] >>$50<<.
Part 2. Section 295-75-1.5-c of the code is amended to read:
295-75. Parking Standards.
1.5. STANDARDS AND LIMITATIONS.
c. Motor vehicles >>not displaying<< [[without]] current valid license plates shall not be parked for periods exceeding 30 consecutive days outside of a structure on a lot used in whole or in part for residence purposes.
