Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Additional funds must be authorized to undertake the following improvement:

9th Aldermanic District

W. Woolworth Ave. Bridge over Lincoln Creek – N. 51st St. to 490 feet m/l west of N. 51st St. (ST211000173) File Number 981177: Street Paving. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $66,000)

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

6th Aldermanic District

N. 8th St. – W. Galena St. to W. Walnut St. (SM495020189) File Number 011335: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $60,000)

7th and 17th Aldermanic Districts
