Whereas, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM) funds its redevelopment efforts and administrative activities from the RACM General Fund, City of Milwaukee operating and capital funds, CDBG program grants and outside direct grants to the Redevelopment Authority; and
Whereas, The Executive Director has presented a budget for Fiscal Year 2026 that outlines redevelopment activities and administrative matters; now, therefore be it
Resolved, By the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee that the Fiscal Year 2026 RACM Operating Budget is approved; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the proper officials of the Authority are authorized and directed to enter into any contracts and agreements necessary to implement the 2026 RACM Operating Budget activities.
