Substitute resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.

This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
3rd Aldermanic District
N. Shepard Ave. - E. Hartford Ave. to E. Edgewood Ave. (821-4603-5): Relaying water main.
4th Aldermanic District
N. 7th St. - W. Wisconsin Ave. to W. Wells St. (858-0137-X): Relaying combined sewer.
5th Aldermanic District
N. 93rd St. - W. Burleigh St. to W. Concordia Ave. (821-4599-5): Relaying water main and water main alteration.
6th Aldermanic District
W. Keefe Ave. - N. 9th St. to N. 10th St. (858-0102-9): Relaying combined sewer. (1999 Preliminary Sewer Program)
12th Aldermanic District
S. 19th St. - W. National Ave. to W. Mineral St. (858-0091-0): Relaying combined sewer. (1999 Preliminary Sewer Program)
13th Aldermanic District
S. 20th St. - 440 ft. m/l south of W. Grange Ave. to Drainage R.O.W. 920 ft. m/l south of W. Grange Ave. (858-0138-5): Relaying storm sewer.
16th Aldermanic District
N. Stadium Access Rd. - S. 44th St. to Point east of the Menomonee River (821-4605-6): Relaying water main.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
