This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
 
3rd Aldermanic District
 
N. Shepard Ave. - E. Hartford Ave. to E. Edgewood Ave. (821-4603-5): Relaying water main.
 
4th Aldermanic District
 
N. 7th St. - W. Wisconsin Ave. to W. Wells St. (858-0137-X): Relaying combined sewer.
 
5th Aldermanic District
 
N. 93rd St. - W. Burleigh St. to W. Concordia Ave. (821-4599-5): Relaying water main and water main alteration.
 
6th Aldermanic District
 
W. Keefe Ave. - N. 9th St. to N. 10th St. (858-0102-9): Relaying combined sewer. (1999 Preliminary Sewer Program)
