Substitute resolution approving the final plans and specifications for the street improvements in accordance with the terms of the Development Agreement for Riverwalk Plaza Condominiums in the 4th Aldermanic District.

This substitute resolution approves the construction plans and specification for the street improvements portion of the improvements to be installed under the Development Agreement for Riverwalk Plaza Condominium.
BODY:
Whereas, The City, pursuant to Common Council File No. 971014 adopted November 4, 1997, and Common Council File No. 971313 adopted December 16, 1997 approved the Development Agreement for Riverwalk Plaza Condominium which established conditions precedent to disbursement of a grant of $850,117 for street improvements ("the SI Grant"); and
Whereas, Under Article I.B.2.(b), no portion of the SI Grant may be disbursed until the City has approved the final plans and specifications for the Street Improvements; and
Whereas, The developer has provided construction plans dated August 31, 1998 and a specifications manual dated June 3, 1998 for the Street Improvements for City approval in accord with the Development Agreement, a listing of said plans is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A; and
Whereas, The Common Council desires to approve said plans and specifications for the Street Improvements in accord with the Development Agreement; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the plans dated August 31, 1998 and the specifications dated June 3, 1998 for the Street Improvements associated with the Development Agreement for Riverwalk Plaza Condominium, Exhibit A, are approved in accord with Article I.B.2.(b) of said Development Agreement.
