- ANALYSIS -

This resolution will rescind the authority to relay water mains at various locations. The water mains will either be rescind to wait for paving projects, the finalization of paving agreement with St. Francis or the relay is not necessary at this time.


BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted Files approving water main relays as follows:

N. 26th St. File Number 961876, N. 88th St. File Number 960853, N. 90th St. File Number 960853, S. Caulfield Ave. File Number 951424, and E. Cora Ave. File Number 941776, and

Whereas, Said water mains will not be relayed at this time because:

N. 26th St. will be rescinded because the project is no longer necessary,

N. 88th St. and N. 90th St. will be rescinded until the paving program is scheduled.

S. Caulfield Ave. is being rescinded until the paving agreement with St. Francis is finalized, and

E. Cora Ave. will be rescinded until the construction of Lake Parkway is completed in this area; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the above water mains be rescinded as follows:

"N. 26th St. - 200 ft. m/l south of W. Clybourn St. to 280 ft. m/l South of W. Clybourn St. (821-4423-7) File Number 960093: Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund 42-641---101-0001 -- $25,000)


N. 88th St. - W. Capitol Dr. to W. Colgate Cr. (821-4473-X) File Number 960742: Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund 42-641---101-0001 -- $50,000)

N. 90th St. - W. Capitol Dr. to W. Fiebrantz Ave. (821-4474-5) File Number 960742: Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund 42-641---101-0001 -- $55,000)
