BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered the City:

Combined Water, Sewer, and Underground Conduit Easement WE-874, SE-2670, and UG-17 and Water Easement WE-875, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Master Lock Company, a Delaware Corporation, for permanent water main, sewer main, and underground conduit easements in Vacated N. 32nd St., from W. Wright St. to W. Center St. and Vacated W. Clarke St., from Vacated N. 32nd St. to N. 33rd St., in the City of Milwaukee.

Combined Water and Sewer Easement WE-880A and SE-2696A executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Paperboard Corporation, for a permanent water main and sewer main easement in Vacated E. Thomas Ave., from Vacated N. Cambridge Ave. to N. Newhall St., in the City of Milwaukee.

Water Easement WE-889 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Frank Grainer Real Estate Development Company, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 439, Parcel 1, at 875' West of S. 76th St. and 270' North of W. Layton Ave. in the City of Greenfield.
