This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 210760 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 2IN, amend footnote “(2)” to read as follows:
(2) “Recruitment is at:
Biweekly 2,550.94
Annual 66,324.44
and may be up to the following rate with the approval of the Department of Employee Relations and the Chair of the Committee on Finance and Personnel:
Biweekly 2,870.00
Annual 74,620.00”
Part 2. Part 1, Section 9 of ordinance File Number 210760 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 9PN, delete title of “Traffic Operations Assistant (1) (3)” and add the title of “Transportation Operations Assistant (1) (3)”.
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
Part 4. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
