Title
Substitute ordinance approving the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2), on land located on the East Side of North 6th Street and North of West North Avenue, in the 6th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will create a single base zoning district for an expanded commercial development site for future sale by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee within the African American Cultural and Entertainment District.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601(2).0015. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line along North 6th Street, a line 130 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 6th Street, a line 195 feet North and parallel to West North Avenue and a line 155 feet North and parallel to West North Avenue, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
