Sarasota Pl. and N. Colonial Dr. in the 5th Aldermanic District with a City of Milwaukee share of $880,000.
Body
Whereas, the City of Wauwatosa and the City of Milwaukee wish to address the pavement condition of W. Sarasota Pl. between N. 95th St. and N. 100th St., and N. Colonial Dr. between W. Auer Ave. and W. Concordia Ave.; and

Whereas, This project is included in the Department of Public Works Local Paving Program; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee and City of Wauwatosa share jurisdiction ownership of the roadways and will share the construction costs; and

Whereas, The City of Wauwatosa will be the lead agency for construction; and

Whereas; The City of Wauwatosa, pending Council approval, has agreed to undertake the construction work with the City of Milwaukee paying for the portion within the City of Milwaukee limits for all construction expenses; and

Whereas; The City of Milwaukee and City of Wauwatosa have agreed to the scope of work and retain all responsibilities to their roadways; and

Whereas; Any cost overruns and/or changes in scope shall be approved by the Department of Public Works and the City of Wauwatosa with costs divided based on jurisdictional boundaries; and

Whereas, City of Milwaukee design oversight was approved in File Number 231568 for W. Sarasota Pl. and File Number...
