Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

E. Summerfest Pl. - E. Erie St. to N. Harbor Dr. (SM495260016). File Number 260441: Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $75,000 additional funding). The total estimated cost of this project is $592,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.

4th and 6th Aldermanic Districts

W. Kilbourn Ave. - N. Plankinton Ave. to N. 6th St & N. Commerce St. - N. Holton St. to Northeast of E. Pleasant St. (SM495260036). File Number 260664: Large diameter sewer cleaning. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $1,530,000). The total estimated cost of this project is $1,542,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
