Analysis
This ordinance will change the zoning to permit the expansion of the North Central YMCA.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-130(5).0014. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Garfield Avenue, the centerline of North 11th Street, a line 185.5 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Garfield Avenue, the centerline of North 12th Street, a line 216 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Garfield Avenue and a line 157 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 12th Street from Local Business (L/C/40) and Parking (P/D/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40).
